         2-year-old girl hands up during arrest (Florida)

On Thursday, January 17, 2019 in Tallahassee, Florida, a 2-year-old girl joins her parents, who are arrested by police when they leave the car with their hands in the air. The couple had just shoplifted at a store. They were arrested while in their pickup with their two children, a 2-year-old girl and a one-year-old boy. The little girl got out of the car imitating her parents that she wanted to join.
